Still not as embarrassing as the developer who got lazy when designing character models for Geist back on the GameCube and downloaded a fully detailed nude female model from a Russian file hosting site and simply painted undergarments onto the model, not taking into account that since the player character is controlling a rat at that moment, they could easily get a good view underneath said characters skirt and see much more than they ever expected.

What makes it even more hilarious is that the same dev responsible for this goof up then went onto NeoGAF with an account that wasnt tied to the studio or to him working there and tried to play Devils Advocate about why theres no nudity going on with that character and that people were simply being silly, only to come clean about it several years later when the Internet does what it does best and launched a full scale investigation into where the character model came from and what was actually going on downstairs.
