Thigh is the best and I find it weird how people keep getting breast. Even from a health and fitness perspective, the nutrition differences just don't seem like a big difference compared to the taste difference

Depends what I'm using it in. Making a stew or stir fry? Definitely thigh. Anything else and it's white meat.

No it doesnt. It has no fat, so it scientifically cant. Doing white meat right is basically putting butter in it, and thats exactly why.

Thighs are like half the price as breast and almost never dry.

I don't understand why breasts are more expensive by the pound anyway since it's the biggest cut of meat on the bird. I can see wings being high, but breasts?

It depends what I'm making/the preparation. Thighs and quarters are delicious in their own right, but I find it much easier to add flavor with marinades to breasts.

It really depends on what im making

I prefer using the thigh when making nori mochiko chicken

But if I'm making plain breaded and fried I'll go with breasts
