Mizznox 10/31/23 4:45:30 PM #68:	Finish moving out of my old apartment. Finally wrap things up with my grandma's estate and get the probate closed... fingers crossed. Just have a couple annoying loose ends to tie up, then hopefully we'll be good to distribute assets and get property transferred into our name. Got an offer agreed to on her Arizona house (different state so not part of this probate) and that should wrap up in a few weeks if everything goes okay. Still going to be getting paid but Im gonna have a lot of free time and boredom in between. I want to get back into shape once Im able to work out again so Im giving up alcohol until after New Years. I don't like the idea of trading early, but it really looked like life wasn't going to change if I didn't do it. This "slot" in my car rotation is meant for my mom to use groceries, hospital, uncle's dialysis visits, prescription pickups, moving junk, and generally getting around town without having to worry about ground clearance and garbage roads. You'd think a literal Civic should be fine to beat around in, but older people having to climb out of cars is a thing. Being relatively more careful/strategic with packing gets to be a hassle too. It's also not hard to get close to bottoming out in some areas. So some of those tasks I mentioned, I had to do for her instead. The Civic was a top Sport Touring Trim, so I also had OCD in keeping it nice, which I guess paid off in trading in towards this CR-V.
