They should also add supreme end game dungeon that'll give a nice challenge to maxed out players. Rewards are shinier end game weapons and armors. When I finished maxing out my so4 party there's just no point, everything dies in couple seconds. Tho I haven't tried 6 wing EQ yet because the climb is a fucking chore. They should've added a shortcut once you defeated her once

Yea as stated they are just battle assist characters. I watched a trailer yesterday about the game and I am surprised how much new stuff they added to the game. A couple other things I remember are unique locations on the world map and some party banter on the world map too.
It was making me want to get the game more as I thought it would be like the Star Ocean 1 Remake more which had the newer style combat system, new graphics and that was about it, I think. --- "A lesser talent couldn't have pulled it off.
