While he doesn't look drastically different, he has definitely aged. I say that as someone who has been around and seeing him in movies since The Outsiders and Risky Business in the early 80's. You can definitely see the difference in his skin and some of the lines in his face. But he has stayed in good shape and has the same basic hair style and close to the same color so he looks like he hasn't aged a ton, but he has definitely noticeably aged.

Tom Cruise definitely aged (like anyone would), but gracefully. He's dying his hair, likely using plastic surgery and maybe Botox. That being said, that dude really takes care of himself. And he has good genetics.

Good skin genes probably have something to do with it. Everyone in my father's side of the family only seems to start aging in their 40s. I have no wrinkles at the age of 33.
