That's the wrong guy. The one who owns the mini mart is Carl.

It was around the time people were throwing butch fits when colored characters were voiced by white people. Same thing happened to Missy in Big Mouth. I think it was stupid. Who cares who voices an animated character? Cleveland new voice is good but you can tell the difference. Same with Missy and all the other characters who had their VAs swapped.
