But the only errand I run on a regular basis is grocery store once a week and I always have plenty on hand that besides some fresh items I can literally go months without truly needing to go to the store. Well personally if I'm sick (but not so sick that I can't do anything), I'll avoid non-essential trips and especially avoid crowded places, and I'll wear a mask if it's a respiratory illness like covid, but I don't outright lock myself in the house and avoid even important trips.
