Rules:
  1. Rate each character on a scale from 1 to 10 with 1 being the lowest, and 10 being the highest. Anything above 10 gets rounded down to a 10, and anything below a 1 gets rounded up to a 1.
  2. Anything beyond the ten's place will be rounded accordingly: .04 or lower gets rounded down to .0 and .05 or higher gets rounded up to .1
  3. You don't have to rate every character. You can skip any that you don't know or don't feel like rating.
  4. "Character" is defined loosely, but priority will be given to playable characters and major villains. Depending on participation/demand, this may be expanded.
  5. If you miss a topic or topic(s) you can still rate characters from previous topics. Just please try to keep them in the order I have them in the spreadsheet. It makes my life a lot easier.
  6. Feel free to nominate characters you'd like to see done next. There's no guarantee they'll be next, but they might receive higher priority.
  7. Please make it clear which characters you are giving each rating.

The twins are a huge wasted opportunity in FF4. Like Cecil is coming to a place he helped slaughter and he's accompanied by comic relief? I really don't get it.

Porom - 2
Bops unfunny Porom on the head and acts smarter than she is.

Zorn and Thorn - 2.5
A dumb gimmick character-- recurring theme in FFIX

Fujin - 7
Actual fun gimmick character. Probably because she has moments where she is INSIGHTFUL despite well, yeah. There seems to be an actual character with depth in there.

Raijin - 5.5
He's a kinda fun gimmick too but overshadowed by Fujin in all regards, yknow?

The twins are fair. Not the worst characters. Plus "Twin" was the coolest power when I was a kid.

I actually like Zorn and Thorn's gimmick. Zorn and Thorn's gimmick, I actually like.

Fujin and Raijin are great, but honestly Fujin is so good. Why? Becuase most of the time she just shouts a couple words. The gimmick would be 'eh' if not for the one moment where she actually gives Seifer a speech.

New topic will be up later today. Missed yesterday due to Halloween.
