Mine would be the Uncharted 2 train level.

The level was something straight out of an Indiana Jones movie and you got to control it. The scenery is also very nice.

Another favorite level of mine is from Streets of Rage, the last level. It's cool going through a gauntlet of sorts and facing all the bosses again as some sort of trial before facing the final boss.

Lava Reef Zone from Sonic and Knuckles.
I always found the first few zones disappointing (especially Sandopolis, which is one of my least favorite levels), but that all changes once I make it here. It begins one of the strongest endgames in video game history, in my opinion. One that I can say is satisfying, no matter how many times I play through it.

Kujas Desert Palace in FFIX is a top tier level.
love the puzzles, the gimmick of the level being magic orientated, and awesome secrets.

Second favorite would be the police station in Resident Evil 2 Remake. I mean do I really need to explain. Its the mansion in RE1, but better.
