1030 give or take about 10 minutes like clockwork. Im a 2nd shift worker. I go to bed around 0130. So I sleep about 9 hours and wake up naturally. I love 2nd shift. No specific time I need to try to force myself to sleep nor any time I have to wake up. No need for an alarm clock. Just go to bed when tired. Just wake up when rested.
