This is quite a far cry from what actually happened. A police officer alleged he held his hand in his pocket like he had a gun. No gunfire was exchanged.

Given so many isolated incidents I'm just a bit skeptical that you can take a police officer's word at face value, also.

while I do agree with the US police being trigger-happy and more than willing to pretend someone looked like they had a gun, the fact this kid was involved with 9 other carjackings makes me a lot more likely to believe he was trying to look armed.

the allegation holds water because many carjackings involve weapons of some kind. Carjacking in and of itself is a violent crime by nature because of the threats being administered, verbal and/or physical.

so if someone is looking to jack my shit while Im in it, Im assuming their armed and dangerous.

so it is not a far fetched assumption.

Let's give the benefit of the doubt to carjackers, police have shown they can't be trusted.

normally wouldnt defend the pig but dont blame him in the situation, wish somebody could help these kids do regular dumb shit not lethal dumb shit
