Just how I like em

Romanian deadlift (150,235, 200 to failure)
leg press (300, 450, 300 to failure)
seated calf raises (90, 135, 190)

I repped out 18 full motion presses @ 300 which was a pretty nice accomplishment. Switching to two leg days a week was the best thing I ever did.
