Ghostbusters had plenty of adaptations, but the Genesis one is unique to the rest of them. Developed by SEGA themselves back in 1990, it features fairly large sprites (at least for the heads) of the titular characters, and a fun run and gun platforming gameplay loop. It likely hasn't aged especially well but for 1990 this was pretty cool. I like the Genesis version of the theme song and some of the other songs in the game, though the backgrounds are pretty generic.

Pricecharting has it around 35 bucks or so for a loose cart, 93 complete in box. As far as I can tell there has never been a re-release of the game or anything like that, though there are definitely some rom-hacks that add in some additional characters to play as and stuff like that.
