The content was infamously de-listed almost 2 years ago and fans have been wanting it back for a while. Since the game is heavily built off licensed content it alarmed a lot of people (given that crossovers have only become more prevalent in a post-Fortnite era) that it was pulled after a little bit over 2 years of being in the game. Players who owned the content could still use it (including a killer with their own unique power), and the perks would all become generic. The map that came with the DLC was also disabled when this happened.

They state that no other content will be announced and this doesnt replace any currently planned content (so the solo killer license is still coming)

Huge surprise. Psyched. I got into DBD just last year, so no chance to ever get the Stranger Things stuff on PC without shelling out $200.

The 3 Stranger Things characters and the map are the only things that were ever removed far as I know. (and some cosmetics) I believe they've said that they changed how the agreements go with licensed characters after that so they won't run into that problem again.

Id hope that BHVR learned from the first delisting to make sure theres no crazy expiration date. Theyve shown theyre fine with skins becoming delisted, with AoT only being purchasable for a year (now its coming to mobile with a much larger collection and the console/pc player base is not happy about it)

Meh, won't make me comeback to the game because I already have Demogorgon.

Til they fix the trash code, I will stay away.
