It would not. Even if it's her government account, the clause is usually only protects official acts. Graham tried to invoke it for his election interference and failed. You cannot use Twitter or social media to censor people though from your official account.

In general, the clause means that a person cannot be arrested or otherwise charged while coming and going from Congress or making statements on the floor. It can likely also protect constituent services and committee activities.
