It making a noise doesnt necessarily mean it will have any odour, just as it being silent does not indicate that it wont have an odour (and more often than not, it will be even worse). As long as it only makes a noise, I dont see how its any more disruptive than coughing.

How do you feel about this issue?

Its fine. People need to grow the fuck up. Farting is natural and expecting someone to excuse themselves to fart is insane.
