I doubt if I'm going to watch a movie that I have no interest in just to catch 15 seconds of Beast. Now if it was the Beauty and the Beast version, that would be an impressive crossover.

the regular theaters had people in it, the imax had maybe 10-15 people in the 545 show

Honestly for me its about time there is MCU fatigue. Its just way too much now, completely oversaturated.

They could add X-Men and Fantastic Four (with Doom) and have them be the best adaptations, and I still don't think I could care at this point. The movies/shows are fine for the most part, I'm just...done.

The last couple of X-Men movies were so garbage, they somehow managed to simultaneously lower the quality of the "good" movies in retrospect while also making the weaker films look a little bit better.

X3 and Origins Wolverine weren't very good by any means. But shit, man, they're so stupid and silly that nowadays, I've come to find them kind of charming in a quirky sort of way. The other X-Men films just take themselves so seriously while not even being very good adaptations in the first place.

The scene was pretty crazy. Monica straight up ended up in the Fox X-Men universe.

It feels like this was a little too late. People are already too burned out of marvel to even care.

I think it helps that of all the terrible shit in X-Men 3, Kelsey Grammer's Beast was not one of them.

I dont believe fans have, marvel has just been churning out terrible movies the past few years and fans are confusing that for fatigue if only because thats been the tag line in articles for a decade now.

Not sure how they can turn it around though, they screwed up bad after endgame where they should have soft rebooted, replaced all the aging actors and oh, not kill off/retire anyone.

I don't think so since the credits showed the music was from X2 and Days of Future Past.

Before this, X-Men references have used the animated series theme.

Kelsey Grammer was a good fit for Beast imo, even though he was in a pretty shit movie, I think he's a solid future addition.

No he's not. That was a rumor too and is irrelevant to this being the same Deadpool from the Fox universe. He's likely gonna end up in the MCU, but it doesn't change that it starts from the Fox X-Men universe.

Again, all this scene shows is that the Fox universe still exists. I'm not sure what type of continuation thing you're even arguing. It's not like they're gonna make a new X-Men movie using Kelsey Grammer in a live action version of the cartoon universe. One character is just stuck there for now.

not sure why but this kinda reminds me of the bishop arc from the xmen cartoon. from what i remember at least, it's been ages.

it's nice that they're at least cameoing the good actors in the good roles. beyond this i don't think we really need any of the old cast to come back, since wolvy is in deadpool everyone worth it has been accounted for.

They absolutely should have killed off some characters. The issue is everything theyve done since.
