He graduated from uni this Summer and has gone to several job interviews for jobs within his field but they end up choosing someone with experience. When he applies for jobs slightly or much outside his field he is told he is overqualified. It is really bringing him down and I dunno how to cheer him up regarding this. I kinda fancy this guy to boot.
