Don Henley

The Ataris version doesn't do anything wrong, as such, but it just sounds like The Ataris doing a cover of Boys of Summer. Like, if you've never heard it before, just from that description you know exactly how every beat and note is going to sound. It's fine, but there's also nothing noteworthy about it.

Don Henly's is a great song! No offense to whoever The Ataris are, because its only natural for musicians to cover a song they love, but it's just okayish.

Henley is by far my favorite as the video was one of the first I remember showing an ambiguous but engaging narrative...didn't really care for the frenzied Ataris version. The DJ Sammy version is a bit better in going for a slightly different mood..
