Yeah I've been getting a lot of them for a few weeks now for whatever reason. They get automatically filtered to my spam but it's still kind of annoying because it still sends me an alert that something's in the spam folder for it

Im always curious why scams are like that. Obviously English is not the native language of most of them, but I dont think I have ever seen a properly formatted scam even once. Is it to avoid spam filters by being partially gibberish?

Yep, gotten a couple of them often back to back from sequential numbers.

Same, I've gotten a ton, especially recently.

Almost every day for the past week or so.

It's completely intentional, but has nothing to do with spam filters. Scammers only want the dumbest of the dumb to respond because they're the only ones likely to fall for it and send the scammer money. They write them intentionally bad so that people with 2 brains cells to rub together just immediately ignore it and scammers don't end up wasting their time on people who were never going to fall for it.

I investigate stuff like this in a private browsing window if I feel curious.

Also shout out to the one that tries to tell you your phone is filled with bugs but the autotranslate they used is so crap it instead tells you your phone is full of spiders.

Every day around 6pm. My phone automatically puts it into the spam folder.

My email getting bombarded with "Your order is complete" from several places/services

Scam baiting videos on youtube are so satisfying.

I have no idea, I have like 900 numbers saved to my DNA contact. Any time a new shittext comes in I add it.

That plus the gibberish actually helps it sneak through filters that look for identical messages so by making them more gibberish they get harder to identify by automated systems
