I had a moment where I ran past 3 enemies in quick succession, like over 10 seconds and I got.

To be honest though. As someone who ran the team of Koromaru + Yukari + Mitsuru pretty much the whole game (well, from when you get Koro)

Mitsuru is definitely at fault for the worst line in Tartarus.

Possibly different ways to interpret that line from her. Cautious in case a chest in Tartarus happens to be a trap because she thinks ahead like that or perhaps treasure in Tartarus doesnt mean much when youre basically miss anime rich girl

I just made it to Winter break and I feel pretty good about completing all the confidants. I only have 3 guys on level 9 and everyone else is maxed, and Aigis doesn't unlock until January so unless they give you like zero wiggle room for her I think I'm fine. I peeked at a guide for January and it looks like I should be in good shape

Unfortunately the rest of my party died immediately so now my main character is level 99 and everyone else is level 82ish

I'm on January 27th and have already finished Tartar Sauce so all that's left is the final battle

aaaaand game beated. Right around 100 hours. Spoilers below

It was fun! Didn't care for the story and it especially went downhill after you find out Ikutsuki is a villain (shortest villain run ever?). Also they killed off too many characters and it started to lose it's impact. On that note, why did Junpei die from one-shot from Takaya's gun? Why doesn't he just shoot the whole party? I don't really think any of the Persona games have a great story, though. Also, it's weird that Persona started with 3 and there's no Persona 1 or 2. Interesting choice, Atlus!

I do love me some Persona gameplay though and it delivered there. I'm not sure how much I would enjoy the original, but as far as this version specifically, it was a lot of fun. Good characters too, and the soundtrack did pick up later on like you guys said. I managed to max all the S. Links without a guide and feel pretty good about that. They were mostly solid (Magician, Moon, Temperance, and Devil sucked) but I wish I could have bonded with Junpei and Akihiko. On the plus side, I didn't have to hang out with Ken!

Overall I enjoyed my time playing this game and am very satisfied with my purchase

For the record I like all of them except Ken. Koromaru is a good boy but he's kind of... just a dog. After the initial novelty of a dog party member rubs off he doesn't have much going for him. Mitsuru grew on me with time and was in my main party towards the end with Junpei and Yukari. Akihiko was the opposite where he started out great but got kind of stale with time.

*Takes Mitsuru, Aigis, and Yukari for a Gatekeeper fight*

Aigis: Is this what they call a harem? It seems like every man fantasizes about this scenario.

No. I usually pick Aigis and Mitsuru anyway, and Yukari is the best healer. I do appreciate this kind of dialogue though.

Oh yeah, I got that dialogue when I used the level up door on Mitsuru and Aigis. It got a good chuckle out of me

Also, I guess the game has said, all of Aigis's weird sayings? Blame Junpei.

I mean, I'll blame Junpei on everything, especially reliving that fucking Babe Hunt scene, but god.

That's because Akihiko turned into a meathead instead of a Dudley-SF3 uniform. And he did extremely speedy teleport punching.

Akihiko x Chie was my favorite in Blazblue x Tag Battle

Ken is the worst P3 party member but still ranks ahead of the likes of Teddie.

Teddie isn't even the worst mascot (Morgana).

Mitsuru won't talk to me until I reach rank 4 in academics, huh? This is Makoto and charm 5 all over again.

I don't hate Morgana as much as I hate Teddie. Morgana at least has some style and street smarts/wisecracks. All Teddie did right was the Alice costume scene.

If nothing else I feel like Akihiko and Mitsuru have 2 of the most standout designs in Persona 4 Arena. Akihiko just grows up to be even more badass.

Ken isn't great normally, but his romance with FeMC in Portable had me rolling so he gets bonus points for that.

Teddie is the worst playable Persona character by a lot.

Every time I think about replaying 4, I think of Teddie and do not replay 4

Teddie was my favorite Persona 4 character.

Morgana sucked.

P4 is the best

I'll take Teddie over Ken or Morgana any day

Haru at the top? Good man. Very few give her the time of day. The spinoff stuff make her fabulous.

Yeah, a second playthrough of the game and playing through Strikers completely bumped her up the ranks after not caring about her the first time through.

Play Dancing, and Haru is like the best dancer by default, other than whatever Elizabeth and Kanji consider dancing.

Yeah Haru is a lot better in Strikers

No, but there's a clock that can activate once per run that lets you pick two Party members to instantly level up to the MCs level after one battle.

So if someone is somehow sitting at level 15 and you're level 60, pick them in the clock, finish one battle with them, and they instantly gain 45 levels.

As far as I can tell, this doesn't actually work. It seems to be capped at 13 (maybe that's just on hard mode?)
