Discovered that stuff at 16 years old through the bodybuilding misc forum. The poison didn't leave my brain until age 23. I can't explain the steps I took tho for this change to occur. It's so easy for online things to affect your brain in a bad way with like low-key brainwashed negative content spewing hate I had like a revelation recently about people not caring what you're into too much if they themselves are unfamiliar with the content I literally hid all my hobbies of anime and particular games and shows cos I was scared of being seen as cringe but it's like people aren't that judgey and don't care too much so now I do share my hobbies to friends and new people.
