Why is it that mobile phone game company can false advertise about their game and they never get into trouble. Why are they able to lie about their game. Why are they able to spam their adverts everywhere without consequences.
They spam their adverts in many online website and even have their advert appear in free to play games that has adverts.

Why are they allowed to advertise their game with people losing to simple things, never winning at all.

The punishment for false advertising should be their games gets removed from the store. If their game cost money, then people should be allowed to get a refund.

People are sick and tired of these mobile phone company constantly spamming their adverts everywhere. Can't even play a mobile phone game without seeing them.
Complete 1 level fake ads, complete another level more fake ads and so on.

I almost forgot sometimes there are even fake demo, people can play these fake demos which doesn't exist in the real game.

It's pretty mind boggling just how much they are allowed to get away with.
Don't forget blatant IP theft that borders on straight up stealing from other games and media.

And the ads getting worse.
Back then you can skip the ads in 5 seconds, but now it's 15 or can't be skipped if the ads were lesd than 30 seconds.

There's a lot of things that must be regulated on mobile games outside of ads too.

They don't get away with that. They just hope to scam suckers out of their money before it gets taken down within a few days.

Because Google and Apple gets loads of money from the ads, so they won't care so long as they don't show anything super illegal (like CSAM).

It would take legislation for them to actually start cracking down on them, and since our government is bought by rich corps...

True Sage Of The Six Paths, they are stealing IP and shows videos of console Naruto games, when their game is nothing like it.

Nah they always get taken down. The dev changes things a little and makes a new account and reuploads the same game. I always watch this stuff when it happens with great interest. Never seen one last more than one week unless it's stealing from something smaller.

Heck, some of those games are also literal malware.

I remember someone claimed that some games has unusual high data and RAM usage for simple graphic games, and suspect it's using the phones for data mining or something.
