Output text into a image with just the words

for example: rock and roll and it will output it into like bubble letters or different fonts, etc

any suggestions?

Most AI models have a hard time with text. You're best off just using something like Illustrator/Photoshop/GIMP for typography.

I dont have those. Im willing to take my chances. Doesnt even need to be an AI tool - any other text to text tools on the web?

GIMP is 100% free and there's a custom configuration which gives it a UI similar to Photoshop. If you need something done in a pinch I could always whip something up for you. The tools you're talking about tend to be pretty bush-league and often have watermarks.

So long as it's a short phrase, Dall-E will probably eventually get it, though you might have to put it in a few times. The longer the message gets, the more trouble it will have.

Typing in the words from the OP, it actually gave me one image without errors on the very first try.

This is actually pretty impressive but I don't know if OP needs something with a transparent background or something scalable.

I found https://cooltext.com but I dont think I can make the backgrounds black. Thanks Ill check out DallE

Depending on what you're using the text for you probably want the background to be transparent. Unless you're thinking of it like a logo where a black square/rectangle is part of the whole thing.
