Because it is a 20 minute video I'm going to give a tl;dw, but I do suggest still watching the whole thing for the broader understanding of the situation, because it's a doozy.

tl;dw:
A girl does a short of getting some things together to prep a meal that will be cooked alongside her father for family bonding. Brandon Howard(our antagonist of the story), starts commenting to her in the short video comment section about it & takes about a dozen Ls over the course of the drama. First he makes deriding comments about her as a person(the usual "your family got you what you have, you don't have any economic value as a person, you're spoiled & privileged), then as the sole CEO & employee apparently as his paper company, uses the work email to respond to & harass her further.

As he keeps doubling down & Streisand effect'ing the drama, he then finds her work email, signs her up for spam email thinking he's crafty, not knowing she figures out what IP address was doing it. Spams her more, makes more disparaging comments about her & her work ethic, then pretends he has any ability to sue for defamation for damages towards his company (lol). As none of it has worked & he's only embarrassed himself, then he resorts to old faithful. (IE the woke cancel mob is after me & I won't let the feminist agenda affect my business & neither should you & blah blah blah.)

He has a few melties on Instagram using the same talking points all Republicans/Conservatives do when they mald, blaming WoKe & what have you for his problems, & eventually everyone is just laughing at him because of how badly he made himself, & his company run by him, look.

This is a perfect example as usual why conservatives get so much derision & ridicule, because instead of minding your own business & leaving others to do what they want, you make it your job in life to harass other people, then complain a 'woke mob' is coming for you because you thought you wouldn't get swung at after trying to get a hit in first. People do not abide by the paradox of tolerance anymore, it's fuck around/find out o'clock. That goes for the same people saying "we just can't talk about our conservative policy & values" on here.

You can, but I'm sure you're using 2016/2024 'conservatives values', & not the 1980-2015 'conservative values', so that might also be your problem?

I thought in general the things conservatives say, do, believe in and vote for are what give them a bad rep.

The problem that conservatives have with MLK's dream is that they want to be judged for the color of their skin (i.e., white privilege), because being judged for the content of their character won't go well for them
