Seriously. it's amazing. Like, it's smooth and melts like chocolate, well some varieties. Like, goat cheddar is so smooth.

Maybe I'm not being clear.
You need to go out and get some goat cheddar or goat gouda. It's such a smooth and flavourful cheese. It might be my favorite cheese, goat, probably something aged about a month. There is a local Goat farm that sells their fresh goat cheese AND does tours where you can meet the babies. 10/10 would recommend
