used to do it to every single lighter i got, first thing, in high school and college.

Nothing. I've never cared heavily about anything.

Being worried about offending people.

when you put it like that you definitely seem like an asshole and i don't like you just on principle.

which i'm sure you don't care about but at the same time i don't want to hear your opinions about the flat earth either.

I remember weirdly thinking that seatbelt laws were dumb nanny state overreaches into our personal lives.... but then I realized that it's just flat out stupid to not wear a seatbelt, and sometimes you need to just get morons to do something for their own fucking good.

Karate. Fencing. Long distance running.

There are also things I do much less frequently these days, like boxing.

The future and wanting to be there.

Nowadays I have no hope for the future to be anything but a dystopia and feel really bad for my brothers kids who are gonna live in that hell

sports. still like watching them and playing them but i don't care who wins or loses most of the time (except for the sixers)

A lot of stuff as I try to always be improving as a person and learning to not care about things I think are important yet really aren't.

Overall though, I used to be a stereotypical conservative Republican in pretty much all ways except 1) Always been an atheist 2) Never had hatred in my heart for homosexuals and couldn't understand why older Republicans/conservatives cared so much about them just trying to live/exist ( I realize that the subjects of 1 & 2 are often intertwined, so likely 1 helped me with 2, though I think it's more of a generation thing as we see as the generations have gone on they have become increasingly tolerant of those different from them and that I was just more on the tolerant side of Millennials) and 3) I didn't watch Faux News as I found all visual news channels boring, however I did listen to AM radio while driving.

So, yeah, I've rejected pretty much all previous right-wing beliefs I used to have.

Keeping up with the current hot TV/streaming shows. Unless something really grabs me these days Im not really watching anything

being famous

sonic the hedgehog as a game i just find it boring nowadays still love the characters and other media though

Music. I still care, but I'm not hunting down obscure bands or learning minutiae about secretly-still-famous bands.

I used to care about being perceived as the nice guy, and caring about what others think about me.

Now it's like, oh you think me a loser or an asshole? That's fine, I'm not going to lose any sleep over it.

Probably sports. Sports was my life for like 20 years, but I slowly faded away from it. Same with video games. I still watch and enjoy and still play games, but not nearly at the rate I used to.
