Where is this happening? I worked at Target for years and I don't recall a single incident of a customer walking into the back room.

We did once catch some guys going through our dumpster though.

When I worked at Sam's Club it was distressingly common for customers to walk into the employee break room demanding somebody open another register, or to wander into the receiving dock area to look for product that isn't out on the shelves yet.
