bsp77 03/04/24 5:03:18 PM #4:	I've met the neighbors on both sides. Looks like everything should be cool, and the yards are big enough that we aren't on top of each other. I don't think I appreciated living in a house enough in the past, maybe because my ex wife was annoying. I think the family on the other side will be okay too, even if he gave me republican vibes. But we won't have anything to argue about in terms of property lines and probably no noise issues.
