Great french toast is the king of breakfast foods, but it's also far easier to screw up. Pancakes are the safe option.

For me it's always gonna be waffles. I don't get them often but they're my favorite. For some reason I find myself liking French toast less and less as I get older, no idea why

Waffles I think are the safest choice. You have to go really cheap on the batter y mess those up.
pancakes can end up with gummy centers if undercooked. Seemed to be the specialty of New Beginnings restaurants back in Michigan. Every time my wife orders from Golden Apple she gets pancakes as a side and they are fantastic. Great French toast is my favorite. --- Why be stupid? Does it make you happy to be stupid? ...
