use to drink 2-3 pots of coffee a day... the last 4 months or so, idk how. one regular coffee now fucks me up anxiety wise, yes even one decaf can do that. idk what the hell happened i use to love that shit. now i'm just fatigued all day, every day cause i cant handle the slightest amount of caffeine anymore. :/

now i drink just mostly water and chamomile tea and feel like shit all the time. i wish coffee didn't cause anxiety cause sometimes it'd alleviate my depression a bit, or even trigger hypomania. i miss it. :'c

Once I ordered it, due to it being mentioned by Picard, and when I asked for milk I was told no and advised to order a different type of tea if I wanted milk.

You can have Earl Grey with milk or lemon. Lady Grey, on the other hand, should always be with lemon.

Technically you're not "supposed" to put milk in any tea. The British just started doing it because they were drinking shit tea, and then they got so used to it that they kept doing it even after they finally had access to tea the way it was meant to be. And then they spread the habit everywhere because they had a compulsive need to colonize every scrap of ground they could find.

It's like being poor so you only buy day-old stale bread to save money, and then you get so used to it that you start preferring it to fresh bread. So even after you get a fantastic job and make enough money that you never need to worry about it ever again, you still just keep buying stale bread.

That's British tea.

I get the whole not supposed to thing, but it really doesn't make sense. I add a little milk or else I'll start to get heart burn.

Coffee usually hot, and Tea usually cold, but I will drink an ice coffee or hot tea sometimes. Both usually black.
