I exercise more, i can do more physically demanding stuff due to my physical activity, but i guess this is the decade where my body started breaking down from decreasing metabolism and accumulated damage. I could hike a few kilometers now whereas in my 20s, i was sedentary and could barely climb stairs without going out of breath.

But at the same time, old injuries i got from teenage years sometimes flare up and causes minor pain. Especially my left ankle's ATFL ligament that i ripped a decade ago.

I got into an ice skating accident that dislocated my knee during high school, and just recently, sometimes my knee would click wrong and causes some minor pain.

Driving manual shift for years in bad traffic also kinda fucked up my left thigh sometimes it gets sore if i sit too much on the car (i have auto transmission car now, but still)

The part between my elbow and left shoulder also is starting to act up. Again, muscle and stamina wise, i am better than ever. I am the strongest atm than i have ever been but the joints feel creaky and i get weird clicking sound often if i move it the wrong way.
