The owner has seven custom-made Dragon Balls (marked so no counterfeits can be added to the mix) which are hidden around the workplace or distributed at random to managers or other employees. Any time an employee manages to collect all seven Dragon Balls and bring them to the owner, they get to make a "wish" in the form of paid vacation time or a pay raise, no questions asked. The Dragon Balls are then put in storage for a full year before they're hidden around the workplace again.
