I live in a border state with a huge Metropolitan city and notice no surge of illegal immigrants or disruption by illegal immigrants.

You probably don't see it cause why would you go around checking everyone's legal status? I sure as shit don't. Probably would eventually get decked.

First people I actually met that I knew where illegal where two German girls. They point blank said their goal was to prove how sorry our immigration system was. I just had to shake my head cause how they went about this was taking selfies with cops and posting it on social media. Like cops bother to look into that shit normally

I guess I'm asking where is it being felt? I keep hearing about jobs being lost, housing being lost. Where is this happening where illegal immigrants are taking jobs Americans want to work? Where are they stealing housing from middle class or above Americans? Or even Americans in poverty?

I'm amazed Mexicans even want to live here anymore.

Okay but where's the invasion? That tracks apprehensions and expulsions so they aren't making it in to the country. If anything this source shows Joe Biden has secured the border better than any previous president. Why isn't the GOP happy?

I don't know how big of an issue the border is really living in a northern state but I do remember Fox News was calling it a border crisis in Bidens first week in office(but obviously not under Trump), so I've kind of stopped caring because the border is about as much of a political tool as children are

Oh so New York City is feeling it because a huge state like Texas is trafficking the apprehended migrants to the city. That's not extremely manufactured. That sounds like Texas cruelty.

So... in places where Texas is deliberately engineering a crisis situation by spending large amounts of money on political stunts instead of trying to solve the problem. Sounds like the migrants aren't the problem, but that's none of my business...

the best thing was seeing all those alt-right content creators actually go to the texas border to see these issues firsthand to show to their userbase and go "SEE, SEE, BIDEN BAD", and there just wasn't actually anything happening
