Whoever they cast will probably be fine. I hope the next film(s) go back to the original formula where each film is standalone with the only real link being the MI6 staff. Linking each of Craig's films together was definitely a mistake and it's no coincidence that the two best Craig films (Casino Royale and Skyfall) are the ones lightest on continuity. As for the Taylor-Johnson news, the BBC have said: The BBC has approached Taylor-Johnson.
