Here's the rules.

12. Vomiting

The fast is broken if you make yourself vomit deliberately, but not if it's done suddenly or involuntarily. Do not swallow the vomit or that will definitely break the fast.

Does anyone know a good English translation of the Quran? This Ramadan stuff has me curious to read it. I kind of always wanted to read the Quran, but these kinds of convos have me really thinking about it. I'm a Christian, I guess, I don't know anymore. Anyways, I believe the Torah, Bible, and Quran are parts do a greater whole. Heck I believe all religions are connected to GOD, even Buddhism. Getting way off topic, but I tried searching and the first thing that pops up on Google seems kind of iffy, I'll get it if I have to but if anyone here has a personal version they read or know others who read on, would be a big help.

No detrimental effects on health have as yet been directly attributed to negative water balance at the levels that may be produced during Ramadan.

Side note: I didn't fast today because I woke up with a sore throat and took some paracetamol
