Anybody else experienced kidney stones?

Sorry to hear about that. I know people who have had kidney stones, and they're painful. I hope you feel better.

I'm truly sorry to hear that. No one deserves that kind of suffering.

Damn, they seem like the worst thing ever. A buddy of mine stayed at my house one night and the next morning I woke up and he was like "my testicle feels like it's about to explode." So I took him to the ER and I think it was still a long time before he got any pain relief. As soon as I got there, he went to the bathroom groaning in agony

i was in there last year for severe jaundice and gal bladder problems. 6 fucking weeks. So you have my condolences.

Been there. It sucks. I hope they pass quickly and without too much pain.

I have. The first time I got one I didn't know what the hell was wrong. The pain to me is almost indescribable. It hurts, but its a different kind of pain. I have broken bones, crushed discs in my back, separated my shoulder, and this was very different. Probably because the broken bones were understandable as to why I had pain. The kidney stone I didn't know what was wrong.

I sucked up the pain, finished what I was doing at my job for a few more hours, then had my wife bring me to the hospital.

I will say a bit of warning, and a bit disgusting to some. I do not take pain meds for anything that has ever happened until the kidney stone. (My mom accidentally overdosed when I was 14). So when I took these meds, whatever they gave me and a shot of morphine, things got better....until 3-4 days later when they caused a massive block and severe constipation. This hurt more than the kidney stone! I didn't know this could be a side effect. Sometimes its constipation, diarrhea, other things or nothing at all. So be careful!
