They are so good though.

Honestly my main use is heating up cotsco chicken nuggets (The kirkland brand or Just bear), making crispy veggies (Just toss in a little bit of olive oil and some seasonings), corn dogs etc. More and more things are starting to come with air fryer instructions

Also good for reheating stuff in general that you want crispy, like pizza etc.

I don't have a ton of air fryer specific recipes though. Someone gave me a recipe for hard boiled eggs made in the air fryer that i've been meaning to try but havent yet

IDK if I can find it online, but my cosori one came w a recipe book and there's one for sliders that has been a slam dunk every time. I've had like four gatherings where ppl raved about them. That and a super easy one for potato wedges, which ppl have also raved about.

Love my air fryer so damn much

You can put seasoned veggies in one and like chicken in the other, then it will adjust temps and cook times so they finish together.

I got whatever the costco one is - it's a ninja though. It's dual chamber but I can pull out a divider and treat it as one megachamber

Honestly just make anything and everything that might otherwise be fried and it's great.

Tater tots? Air fryer

Pizza Rolls? Air fryer

Corn dogs? Air fryer

it's so good.

That is obvious. He's asking for actual recipes. At least I'm assuming people aren't buying $250 cooking machines just to reheat pizza rolls slightly better.

Oh one thing I've gotten addicted to is fried tofu. You take the tofu block out, microwave it for 2-3 minutes so it releases steam, then when it cools slice it into whatever size you want. Toss it in oil and seasoning and then air fry on 400 for 10-12 mins. If you're using silken tofu (my fav, but more difficult) you have to carefully toss the pieces in a seasoned 50/50 flour/corn starch mixture before oiling them, but otherwise it's the same.

With the right seasoning you can eat them just on their own, or toss in any sauce (chili crisp, sweet soy glaze, thai curry, etc) or soup or anything really. I've often ordered a saucy takeout and made this while waiting for it to arrive, then used it to absorb the extra sauce for a free 2nd meal.

The best tofu to get is the boxed one that isn't refrigerated, forgot what it's called. Also the same thing works for chicken thigh (breast will likely be overcooked), but you prob need more layers of breading and oil.

Brussel Sprouts, asparagus and sliced carrots are the main others i've tried. (Honestly I'm not a big vegetable person and straight up don't like a lot of them unless they are crispy).

For seasoning Usually salt pepper, garlic powder and some random stuff from my cabinet. Alternatively just a spice mix, Costco's got a couple of good ones. I would follow me too closely on spices though because i don't have normal tastes for that.

I was thinking that green beans would be a really good air fryer veg too. Just chuck in a bundle and fry em up quickly

These work great in the air fryer, you'll have to tweak cook times a little to your machine, but once you dial it in--ooh yeah.

Slightly overcooked but yes it was amazing. Would recommend just doing the tops in the future though, got a lot of sugar in the bottom.
