Or is everything sorted into different playlists?

I do both. One colossal "All" playlist and then different genre playlists.

Yes. After each listening session I remove the songs I dont love. Was just over 13,000 songs two years back, down to about 8,000 now.

I have one that's all the songs and one that's the songs I really love atm. Mostly use the first one though.

Plus some others for organization purposes.

Never really did playlists. I have one for running that's just a handful of past paced songs but I usually just throw on the whole liked songs on spotify. I don't really have musical moods.
