YoBlazer 04/14/24 1:54:09 AM #1:	A person is charged with a crime, but the case is dismissed or they are found not guilty. - Results (93 votes) In general, I tend to think that the person did NOT commit the crime. 79.57% (74 votes) 74 In general, I tend to think that the person still DID commit the crime, but there was insufficient evidence to try/convict them. 20.43% (19 votes) 19 I understand that the poll options are quite restrictive, but I intentionallty wrote them that way.
