My beard is almost all white, I have lost hair, my teeth are not pearlescent anymore, and I have lines on my face. That's life. It's fine. Fighting against it seems like folly. Enjoy your time alive and what pleasures you can find. Embrace aging and the freedom that comes with accepting it. I struggle sometimes with it but the moments of clarity where I fully embrace it are completely liberating. I am almost 40.
