I don't exactly...care because I felt like I wasn't really that interested in it myself.

But it just feels bothersome that I don't feel like anything that I as a user would want for this place matters. That all this is serving some other end that doesn't factor in the userbase. What else could cause issues that would make them be like "that's gotta go too" and not tell anyone that's what's going on.

Maybe it's the lack of transparency and consideration?

I bet the people who actually tell themselves they get 'upset' at hornyposting are the same kind of people who make a fuss of nothingburgers like 'necrobumping'. Touch grass already, friend. There's actually a lot of stuff in the world to get upset about, but those two things are objectively not among them.

I don't care for posts that try to compare a specific microcosm to the "great many injustices of our broken society" and try to render the debate irrelevant.

It's a relevant subject for the place we are in right now. Getting uppity about how ineffectual the debate is misses the point. It's about what goes on here, not out there.

Because it's broad as fuck. They literally closed a topic talking about Dragon's Crown being on a huge as fuck sale because the OP mentioned how well endowed the sorceress was even though there was also discussion on the game and other Vanillaware stuff.

here's a question for you- and if you simply don't have the answer, that's fine- but i'm an artist, with a small group that enjoys tuning in. some of my characters are rather buxom, but i've had multiple 500-post threads here that were untouched by mods because i followed clear rules about nudity- no nips, no bare ass, nothing down there, obvious, reasonable stuff. are those still the rules? or now is it more strict? no cleavage, no exaggerated proportions? i have never had intentions of posting straight up smut here, but if i should post my drawings elsewhere, that's fine, i'd just like to know what the rules are before i break them without even knowing
I know your topics. Did your last one get closed?
Completely IMO, I'd put your topic exactly on the line. If the last one didn't have that title and opening post, I think it'd be fine. One guideline I can share is this: "It should be fine to have reasonable conversations about a character or person's outfit so long as it's not objectifying, sexualizing, or disruptive."
I'd could give you more about intent and impact, or safety and impression, but it's clear we need to hammer out the details on those.
I would say, if most (>50%? >90%?) of the images are not what anime nerds would call ecchi, basically don't focus on T&A, it should be fine. I can't promise that for now. I wouldn't make the title or opening post about pumpkin boobs.

We should be able to give you a more concrete answer eventually. I know some users complain that the guidelines given are open to interpretation, but that's always been true of almost all of the rules. This is just another one we're going to have to align on.

I mean, I handle my gender dysphoria by pretending I'm a succubus. It helps me when people in my real life don't. I find a picture of Morrigan Aensland soothing as she reminds me who I'd like to be.

Even their new stance on transphobia is not comforting. It feels like a canned message from those who wish me harm instead of heal.

The issue is moral superiority. I do not claim to be humble but I recognize that feeling superior is a character weakness.

I believe that complacency regarding the ban is self-congratulatory.

I find it disgusting that people object to content they have no intention of reading.

Thanks. I remember playing Disgaea 1 for the first time on the DS and at first I thought they were made-up demons for the game. I looked in a dictionary and found the word "succubus", which told me that they were really a thing.

I've also had the honor of meeting two in my dreams. It's been over a year since I saw the second one but I cherish the moment that they came to see a fan of theirs.

*sigh* I really wish I wasn't born with this body. I scabbed myself up trying to pluck a rogue facial hair jutting out in an otherwise smooth place. I am already on medication for OCD and I really need to mention my hair-pulling to my doctor.

Well always remember though we sadly couldnt choose the body we were given, no matter how ones body looks the real you is on the inside, and that is the part that truly matters imo.

Basically I am saying you are an awesome person/succubus, and no amount of stray hairs or scabs are going to change that imo.

Oh, and I know I said this before, but if you ever see those two again tell them I said hi, if you remember obviously.

My personal advice is that until/unless we get those rules detailed in the ToU, it's best not to post any imagery of fictional characters unless they are screenshots of official skins/costumes or official art. Best not to take any risks with fanart (even if promoted by the company), all other unofficial art (even if promoted by the company), custom mods screenshots, and cosplay. And I wouldn't risk posting official screens, promotions, or art of comic book/movie/etc. characters, either. ESPECIALLY characters that originate from Marvel/DC comics unless they are modestly dressed like The Mandarin, Lois Lane, Mary Jane, The Penguin, The Joker, The Watcher, or Senator Kelly. Some versions of Galactus MIGHT be okay.

That doesn't really help support the point. It's like saying "I don't like the way the topics are listed, therefor GameFAQs should change it!"

I'd get it if you don't like hornyposting and there'd be hornyposting topics that don't give it away, and you'd only find out once you enter it and see the pics. But that almost never the case, is it? If you don't like the subject matter of a topic, just don't click it. It really is that simple.

For me I'm a guy I like chicks huh huh huh huh huh. Whenever I clicked on those topics it was most often zoomed in on some super huge t n and or a. It got a bit uncomfortable. So rarely were there just some normal sexy pictures. The topics existing never bothered me because they were self contained but just the images for me I felt were a bit much.

Yeah I woulda been fine with them just modding some of things people said or if it popped up in a topic that wasn't dedicated to it. Or hell as I've mentioned somewhere if not multiple places say keep it on the sex board and I guess also if it's still around the adult interests and hobbies board where people seemed to mostly talk about porn stars
