There's a full moon, so I thought it would be fun to watch. It just dawned on me how impossible it is to find a movie on Disney+. I don't know if they want you to use the search feature so that they can keep tabs on what you're looking for, or if they're just too lazy to provide a proper catalog, but it's basically a big game of Go Fish. You click the box and see if they have it.

But, anyway. When I saw the 54 minute runtime, I thought that I had clicked on some making of special by mistake. I had to run to Google to verify that, yes, it is only a special and not a full movie. It's kind of funny because the story and title card pay homage to films like The Beast Must Die and Werewolf of London. The Hammer Horror films were usually around the 80-minute mark and some of the old Universal films barely go an hour. I feel like they could have extended it another 17 minutes or so and it would have really captured the length of an old black and white Universal horror film.

Anyway, I'm going to wait and watch it later. I feel like watching a movie now. Even if it's something stupid.

Edit: And, yes, I know that feature length technically means 40 minutes or more. Those standards came about before television was a thing and it should be updated to reflect on an hour in length or more.
