She fabricated a scenario in which she deliberately misled a doctor's staff, recorded the message she got, publicly misrepresented it, then plastered it to her followers who proceeded to call in bomb threats to the hospital - a children's hospital. While I don't imagine the threats were serious; it doesn't matter; hospitals have codes for bomb threats and it can delay surgeries or treatments children need. Anybody saying it's "about protecting the kids" while citing this woman either don't know she publicly endangered children for a stunt she caused or are just lying and are using children as a cudgel to attack LGBTQ folk. She was treated unfairly, just not in the way people think. Before Twitter was sold to Musk, there was a flag on her account preventing her from being banned. She was able to say things on Twitter that other accounts would get banned for because reactionaries would throw such wild tantrums every time she was banned that they just didnt want to deal with her any more.
