I rock climb and train Jiu-Jitsu. I don't know what that link says, but I'm drenched in sweat on a daily basis from juggling hobbies. I don't sleep in a film of my own sweat because that's disgusting.

Technically correct but it's up to a persons preference. I take one every other day. My hair and skin can't take more then that.
