We need forensic examination for approximately 20 bodies for people who we think were buried alive, Mughier said.

Some of the bodies found in mass graves at Nasser Hospital belong to children, said Palestinian Civil Defence member Mohammed Mughier, who provided photographic and video evidence of several of their remains.

ts been a couple of days since we heard anything from the Israelis on the matter, but the first thing we heard from the Israeli army when they commented was the word baseless trying to point the finger at Palestinians, saying that this is simply untrue.

The Israelis did say, however, that they were looking for the bodies of Israeli captives. They said they had intelligence, that there were captives buried there (Nasser Hospital), and that they did this in a targeted and precise manner with dignity and respect.

But what weve been seeing from images on the ground, what were hearing from Palestinians, is a completely different story.

If an investigation were to be had, it would be the Israeli army carrying out this investigation themselves, followed by some sort of conclusion where they have absolved themselves of any wrongdoing.

There are countless examples of crimes against Palestinians, executions where the Israeli army has denied any wrongdoing.

No, they obviously dug the holes themselves, tied their hands, jumped in, and then buried themselves.

Fuck. So there was no indication of the gravesite in that time period where Hamas occupied it after the IDF first left?

Because I believe in one of those hospitals, IDF had control then left, Hamas regained control, IDF then came back to remove Hamas, and it's now been found right?

Yes: why exactly are you posting a blue checkmark post about an investigation that Israel did that proves there innocence? Like, do you just really, really desperately wish to believe in Israel's innocence that you are willing to believe utterly anything put before you no matter how many decades of "the cops investigated themselves and found no signs of corruption memes", or do you have ulterior motive?

As long as Israel is committing war crimes and obstructing investigations, it is to be assumed they are 100% in the wrong every time.

If they have nothing to hide, they can stop obstructing investigations. Until then, everyone has a moral obligation to assume the worst, given Israel's track record.

I'm going to still pull the lever for Biden, and encourage anyone else to do so, because Trump is going to be this, plus much much more.

That said, people do need to really get their priorities right. Being more outraged at people appalled by this than our administration for continuing to fund the Israeli government really shows how morally skewed some people are.

The people encouraging not voting here are at best being short sighted, especially if talking about people who live in swing states. But it takes a lot of gall to chastise the people pissed with Biden more than Biden himself, especially considering at least some people in Arab American communities have had people they know actually die in Gaza. Yes it's short sighted still for them to not vote, but if they are someone who is personally impacted, or feels like the administration values their lives less, those feelings and reluctance to vote are very real things.

I get that our support for Israel is baked in. We fund them because they are a strategic ally in the ME. But there has to be a point where we at least pause all weapons transfers along with any financial assistance, and use that to strongarm them into at the very least ending their indiscriminate (Though one could argue it's at least sometimes targeted.) military strikes, and to come to the table and negotiate.

Hamas needs to do the same, and step out of government and disarm themselves, they are no saints either. But Israel is the one with the power over there, and if I've read things correctly in the past, they have even funded Hamas knowing that it gives them an easy Boogeyman.

Demanding Biden be better should not be a difficult ask. And being better doesn't have to mean completely abandoning Israel
But there absolutely should have been a hard red line that would severally impact essential aid for them to continue.

And while Biden might take a hit as this would be divisive, sometimes doing the right thing is the most important. Especially considering based on the polling I've seen, it would be less detrimental for him to pump the brakes a bit on supporting them than to continue with business as usual.

They're hoping that by repeating it enough, people will eventually believe it.

Unfortunately for them, while that may have worked in the past, it doesn't work in modern times when we can see what they're doing. That's why they're so determined to prevent it getting out, but it's just impossible to prevent nowdays, unfortunately for them.

--Gantz is threatening to pull out of the wartime cabinet if Bibi doesn't make a deal/ceasefire with Hamas, soon. (Bibi is fucked if this happens and he knows it, because he needs experienced veterans on his war cabinet.)

We all know that Netanyahu will prolong the war for as long as possible because this is the only thing keeping him out of prison, and that is the ONLY thing he cares about.
