Honestly I'll embrace whatever happens but I am a little happy that at 48 I still have a full head of hair that is as brown as it was when I was a kid. No gray or white at all. And I have a massive beard that is full and thick and goes past my waist and that too is still fully brown. I have largely been an indoor person for work in my life and sure when I was a kid I was outside all the time but starting in my adult years I have pretty much been an inside person most of my life and enjoy being at home so I have some pretty good skin too for pushing 50. So all in all, yeah I'm cool with it. But seriously if I went bald or my beard turned white I really wouldn't care. DoesntMatter 04/27/24 10:51:56 PM #25:	lately, i'm getting much more okay with it than i ever used to be. i've gotten a couple compliments on my hair and beard recently, which is nice because i've been trying for a couple years now to perfect my full beard and get the lines and tapering of the length to where i think it should be. i've tried a few different ways and for the most part it just did not seem right for a long time there. but i think now it's finally coming along nicely. and with my recent and continuing journey of fat loss and muscle building, i am definitely in better physical shape than i ever have been in my entire life, and i know it shows. so i feel good about that. i went to my local college town farmers market on Thursday night and there were two different times where i caught a college-aged good-looking woman doing a double take at me and smiling, and staring right into my eyes intently. with the first one i was too surprised to do anything, but the second one i managed to smile back. i had my dark grey NASA shirt and black leather jacket on, with blue jeans and black boots, and i think i wore it fairly well. --- It don't matter.
