I haven't seen reruns of the Flintstones on in a long time on tv. Do zoomers even watch tv these days or just stream everything? Unless they stream it I highly doubt it.

Some of you millennials learned nothing from all the millennial hate propaganda they printed your whole upbringing

And yes, Gen Z knows a lot of the older generations' references, particularly because pop culture during our upbringing has largely stagnated in terms of the big franchises. Our writers and animators are more likely to be keeping the zombies of old favorites alive rather than having the opportunity to make their own stuff. Though as others have pointed out, I think Millenials are a victim of this too.

Apparently the same bullshit you were where we pretend The Flintstones is connected to millennials any more than it is to gen Z.

You brought up a reference from well before millennials as something Gen Z specifically wouldn't know (I wouldn't necessarily have jumped to taking this topic as hostile, but your response made me pretty sure it is).

1) yes, that's the point. Flintstones is old
2) why do you think someone not Knowing Flintstones is inherently bad?
3) where did I even say the word millennial lol

Y'all are just looking to jump down throats on what is likely the most harmless topic on the board rn.

Okay boomer. By which I mean, did you in fact grow up in the 60s? And I didn't think it was inherently (viewed as) bad, your hostile response to someone else is what made me think you were using it to mock people.

I would imagine a lot of millennials do get the reference tho bc Boomerang on Cartoon Network.

I don't know if that's something zoomers really have access to, or are interested in.
