I went to the doctor today to check to see if a lump was anything bad. (IT WAS NOT). And while I was there with my shirt off the doctor told me I had a lot of lose skin and I might want to get that worked on. I don't have money when something isn't about saving my life like a lump of unknown origins. So I told him that would be okay. But I have been thinking about it ever since. That could be another 20 pounds gone. And I could finally be in ideal weight and then get a lady.

So with that long back story out of the way. I was calling random places and they wanted me to send nude pictures for a consultation is that normal. Like I know I will have to be in the buff at some point to get work done but that just seemed shady .

Cant really speak to that but if you do it cover up your junk and don't show your face

It's your decision but don't let a doctor manipulate you or make you insecure. They just want your money.

It's normal. My surgeon took the pics herself though during the first consultation. I imagine it helps the Dr lightly plan what to do, so that way they're more informed when you actually come in.

I have lost 80 pounds since November . I had last November but makes it sound like November a year and half ago

First off. Congrats. To answer your question. My gf went through surgery to remove the skin and it was hell in a hand basket to recover from. In her case, not removing it was causing back and knee pain. If the skin is stretched too much, the folds remain. Since you lost weight recently and it hasn't been even a year. I would say keep going and decide later if for you. Some guys will not have a issue long term with it but it's too soon to tell.

Thanks for all of that information. I am thinking about cool sculpting. I really don't want to go under the knife if I don't have too.
