Besides, those within the American government do enough sabotaging themselves so there's barely any need for outside interference. Anything that could be sold off or cut they did including the the new Aeromax. So they took the old version of the 737 and scaled it up. Then because this made the plane aerodynamically unstable they had to add a bunch of systems to keep it aloft.
